Two consecutive terms on the Scientific Committee, helping shape the academic programme of the AIOS annual conference.
Served on AIOS’s Managing Committee, contributing to the operational leadership of the Society.
I led the archiving of AIOS’s annual conference scientific content, building out proceedings.aios.org into a lasting, accessible record for the fraternity — a project I have described as chartering “never seen waters.” I relinquished the office in May 2023, having served two consecutive terms.
I am contesting for Vice President of AIOS in the 2027 election, carrying my commitment to the fraternity forward with the same message to colleagues across the country: “Served AIOS with commitment in the past. Committed to serve AIOS in the future too.”
Long before AIOS committee service, my teaching record began in the classroom and the surgical camp.
